Class One Group (C1) integrates with RoomPriceGenie (RPG) through a structured two-way data flow designed to optimize revenue management.

The process begins with SHMS sending key data, such as pricing and occupancy, to RoomPriceGenie. RPG analyzes this information and returns optimized pricing recommendations, which are automatically applied to the corresponding rate plans within the PMS that are specifically mapped to RPG.

Optionally, these rate plans can also be connected to the channel manager, allowing updated prices to be distributed across all sales channels in real time.

To ensure consistency and avoid conflicts, rate plans linked to RoomPriceGenie must be independent and cannot be derived from other rate structures within the PMS.

Additionally, SHMS stands out as one of the few PMS platforms with built-in Revenue Intelligence.
