What is your role at RoomPriceGenie?

I oversee sales activities, lead generation and customer service within USA and Canada while also nurturing relationships with various software partners, associations and management companies.

What is your background?

I majored in Hospitality Management and worked for Hyatt Hotels for several years in US taking on variety of Operation Management roles. I transitioned to hotel tech working for RoomRaccoon PMS as Market Head for North America which subsequently lead me to RoomPrieGenie that was an integrating partner.

What do you think makes the RoomPriceGenie solution unique?

Regardless of expertise in revenue management, RoomPriceGenie can be easily used by all hotel operators.

What is something that hotel owners have to deal with that you want to fix?

Hotel owners have been investing countless hours manually adjusting rates every day and closely monitoring competitors. Leveraging solution like RoomPriceGenie, we can alleviate the need for manual labor, enabling them to redirect their efforts towards more pivotal aspects of revenue management.

What is your favorite thing about working in hospitality technology?

It is defiantly when I get to witness clients returning back to share their success stories, detailing how hotel technology has significantly contributed to their business. Whether it empowered them to save time, streamline process or boost revenue, it becomes a catalyst for hoteliers to accomplish more and achieve higher results in more efficient timeframe.

Maybe bit too clumsy but also dependable and caring.

What’s the best advice you were ever given?

People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be?

Peaks and Valleys

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

On weekends you’ll usually find me hanging out with family and friends and playing with my cat. Or spending time at the Driving Range or tackling on some home renovation projects.
