The Challenge

Before RoomPriceGenie, pricing was largely static—weekday vs. weekend, with occasional manual tweaks. “We were leaving occupancy, revenue, and profit on the table,” Peter notes. Managing many small, often rural properties made manual revenue management unrealistic at scale.
