The integration between HotelNetSolutions and RoomPriceGenie works through a two-way data exchange. HNS sends availability information to RoomPriceGenie, and in return, RoomPriceGenie provides updated prices for one main rate plan. Once the contract is signed, HNS sets up the project, shares the necessary XML login details and activates the interface so RoomPriceGenie can automatically retrieve all mapping data. During Go-Live, both the availability export and the price import are tested to ensure a smooth connection. This setup allows RoomPriceGenie to calculate prices based on your availability and send optimised rates back to HNS.
