Leerhotel Het Klooster is a one-of-a-kind hotel located in a former monastery in Amersfoort, where hospitality and education go hand in hand. Each year, over 600 hospitality students gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. The operations manager, with over 20 years of experience in the industry and 9 years at Leerhotel Het Klooster, describes the work as “a rollercoaster, but a really fun one.” What drives her most is mentoring students and watching them grow through real-world experience.
