Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) connects with RoomPriceGenie through a secure two-way API that covers both the PMS and the channel manager, so pricing and distribution sit on the same connection.

YCS shares the property’s live data with RoomPriceGenie: room types and rate plans, current rates, occupancy, and reservation activity including new bookings, modifications and cancellations. RoomPriceGenie sends its recommended rates back to YCS, which applies them to the relevant rate plans and distributes them to the connected OTAs and the hotel’s booking engine.

The sync runs both ways in near real time. A booking or cancellation reaches RoomPriceGenie as it happens, and an approved rate is pushed out to connected channels in seconds, so the hotel is never selling on yesterday’s price.

Technical requirements are minimal. The hotel raises an activation request with YCS support, YCS enables the interface for the property and shares the API credentials with RoomPriceGenie. Both systems are cloud based, so there is no installation, no hardware and nothing for the hotel’s IT team to maintain.
