Please introduce yourself and tell us briefly more about your hotel, your history and your market

We are a small group of hotels, mountain houses & restaurants and we are mostly known under the brand “Hüttenzauber”. We have been around since 2003 and are at home in the Bernese Oberland and Lenzerheide as well as Davos.

How did you design your prices before RoomPriceGenie and how long did you have to do it?

In the course of a revenue coaching we started to control the prices with Excel lists and reports from the PMS.

How important is dynamic pricing for you in today's market?

We could not imagine going back. Dynamic pricing is just as much a part of a successful hotelier as warm employees and a lean cost structure.
