Let’s get to know him a little more…
I’ve recently joined RoomPriceGenie in June 2022 and I work as an Integrations & Technical Partner Success Manager.
I’m from Mumbai, India. My professional roots lie in Hospitality and I’ve been associated with the industry since the past 12 years. I have an MBA in Hospitality Management from Les Roches-Crans Montana, Switzerland.
Having lived and worked in 3 different continents around the world, I have a strong inclination towards world-culture and call myself a “culture seeker”.
RoomPriceGenie focuses on small to medium-scale hotels and empowers them to perform better with our top of the line product. We focus on ease of use, transparency and flexibility which makes us very unique as compared to other solutions in the market.
Time is money. Many hoteliers don’t have the luxury of time nor the skills required to do proper revenue management. Yet most of them do it by themselves and rely on age-old methods rather than new-age technology.
By providing them with an effective pricing tool such as RoomPriceGenie, I’d like to fix their issue of “no-time for guests” to “more than enough time” to cater to their needs. Because I believe this is what hoteliers must focus on – making a guest happy!
I’m working on many interesting projects simultaneously. One of which is keeping up with our integrations with some of the coolest Property Management Systems & Channel Managers, so that we can spread the magic of RoomPriceGenie around the world and make our clients happy!
My most favorite thing is the fact that there is no limit to which technology can be used to solve many of the common problems faced within the industry. With technology comes creativity and flexibility and these are some of the essentials to be successful in this landscape.
My least favorite thing is the pace in which hoteliers adapt to new technology. Our industry has always been known to be one of the slowest in terms of eagerness to adapt. This has to change.
