What is your role at RoomPriceGenie and how long have you been with us?
I joined RPG in October 2019, as Business Development Manager. My role is to generate leads and develop opportunities within our target market groups.
What is your background?
I’ve started my working career as a bilingual consultant in pharmaceutical market research. Then in 2016 I joined the Hyatt Global Contact Center in Mainz as a Bilingual Sales Reservation Specialist, where I got a good knowledge of various hotel technologies and better understanding of the hospitality industry.
What do you think makes the RoomPriceGenie solution unique?
Our solution is extraordinary and our service inspires hoteliers to think out of the box. When customers describe our solution, they speak in superlatives.
We are always there for our customers. We give them peace of mind. They know they can count on us and our team.
What is something that hotel owners have to deal with that you want to fix?
I’ve personally spoken to probably hundreds of small independent hotels, and most of them have issues with setting the right prices. They previously did their rooms pricing manually and always follow a similar pattern of feeling overworked and still missing out. That’s why we built software that does the job for them, increasing their revenue and also helping them to save a lot of time!
What’s the coolest thing you are working on right now?
I’m speaking to hotels at an early stage of their experience with RoomPriceGenie. I really enjoy the process of starting them on the journey of becoming a customer..
What is your favourite and least favourite thing about working in hospitality technology?
For me, I love the hospitality world as I enjoy working with happy hoteliers. By offering great hospitality solutions like RoomPriceGenie I continue that remarkable relationship and work with such great people worldwide.
My favourite thing is assisting hoteliers from different countries, I am speaking different languages… showing them the magic of our solution that makes a big difference in their lives.

Who inspires you?
The person who inspired me the most in my life was my father. Not because he’s a great man or because he was the model of success, It’s because he was the one who cheered me on and believed in me when no one else did.
What are the values that drive you?
Patience, Empathy, Forgiveness and Humility.
What’s the best advice you were ever given?
Be Kind to people, treat people as you would like to be treated.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
So my friends describe me the way my last name sounds which is KAIDI – Kind, Adorable, Innocent, Distinct, Important 🙂
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Capoeira, short trips, learning another language.
